Hope it's not too early to celebrate. Nah.. it's not.
So in true parliamentary style...
KOOOOOOIIIIIIIIIIIIII ....
To the Left, To the Right and to the non existent third and fourth fronts .
Congrats to Mr. Manmohan Singh.
The voters have proved yet again that they know who they want at the helm. They don't want fundamentalists, street market power mongers or pain in the ass ideologists.
A big salute to the Indian voter.
A big salute to Mr. Manomhan Singh.
Jai Hind!

Hey even I am really happy to have manmohanji as the PM. He truly deserves this post. All hopes are on him now, I hope he withstands all the pressure, does not succumb to it and help the nation grow :)
What makes me relaxed more is the thought that there is no need for Congress to carry eternal burdens like the Left on their shoulder this time. Left is sidelined and back where they belong...the Opposition.
A stable Govt at last, more interesting with Tharoor filling in the seat for Trivandrum :)
@Gayathri - I can't understand why anyone would not want Manmohan as PM ;)
I mean the replacements aren't even comparable.
Having said that let's hope he can deliver the goods this time as he does not have to put up with the bullying left and other opportunistic chameleons.
@Scorpiogenius - Exactly. And congress will be forming the alliance from a position of strength. As TC needs congress in Bengal for the assembly elections I think it would be safe to assume that the govt would be stable for the full term.
Hope Tharoor can work magic in Trivandrum :) You Trivandrum bloggers have been praying for a miracle worker for a long time :)
After all this back slapping, I hope congress (not manmohan, but the dynasty) gives more life and breath into party politics and takes care of the Indian security situation.
and jai ho!!
@Abraham - eaxctly. I should have said "touchwood" :)
@KT teacher - Jai ho indeed :)
People voted for a stable govt. No one wants a fly-by-night govt. Hope BJP becomes a sensible opposition.
:-)
@Bindhu - They better be. As you said people have voted for a stable government. If they can't see that and try to keep playing the communal card, they will follow the fate of LJP.
